LSF Academy can be watched without an account: we ask for no personal data and the site sets no cookies.

Who is responsible

The site academy.live-stream-factory.com is published by Live Stream Factory, SARL, SIREN 991127382, 26 rue de Loustalot, 33170 Gradignan, France (see the legal notice).

What we record

• Anonymous audience measurement, with no cookies and no cross-site tracking, using a tool we host ourselves: pages viewed, where visits come from, country, device type, and how videos are played (start, progress, chapters and subtitles chosen, loading times). These measurements do not identify you.
• Server logs: like any web server, ours records incoming requests (IP address, page requested, date, browser) for security and to keep it running. They are deleted after 30 days at most.
• Your display choices (light or dark theme, full-width player), if you use these buttons: they stay in your browser (local storage), are never sent to our servers, and are cleared with the site’s data.

No third-party services

Videos, subtitles, images and fonts are served by our own servers, hosted in France by OVH. Nothing is loaded from any other service during your visit.

The presenters

The module presenters are characters created with artificial intelligence, declared as such: see the AI team.

For any question about your data: by post to our registered office, or through the contact form on live-stream-factory.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

When a personal space opens (sign-in by email, progress tracking), this page will be updated before any data is collected.
